And finally, just a little puzzle.

A perfectly normal and healthy student was going for her medical exam to become a certified doctor. thhe examiner gave her a femur (thigh bone) and asked her how many of those she had. she replied, "Five."

"Wrong. you have two femurs."

But the student was right. Why?
